Owner's House is a three bedroom, two bath, with
fully equiped kitchen, dining room,
living room area, along with cable
television. Large balcony located on the second level Villa,
which
included views of the surrounding vegetation, valley, the immediate mountain
range and ocean view.
The rental of the Villa is a five to seven night
minimum.
The rate for five nights is $2,000.00,
six night is $2,400.00 and
seven nights is $2,800.00
plus nine percent Puerto Rico room tax and ten percent
service charge.
This includes the use of the swimmin pool on the Great
Escape property.
House does not include breakfast but can be included for $8 per person, per day.
